@restatbonfire: Unfortunately these people are everywhere. Far outside of gaming in everyday different facets of life. Unfortunately it's seemingly the entire gop.
amc is one of the obvious stocks that's been beaten down by covid. There's also airline, cruise, etc. But there's no way I'm buying until the vaccine becomes readily available to everyone. Also def. not buying an overbought stock that's also up because of a certain kind of person they like to joke about who is known for taking stupidly over risky bets to make the big gains. My bet is they lose. WSB is a pump and dump at this point. So anyone who takes their advice, good luck, because you're probably gonna lose it.
Not just the education and mental health system but, social media and the news is just so incredibly broken, and it doesn't help to have right wing media turning the propaganda up to 11 as well as the gop, conservatives, and the ex-president even pushing this bs. So many people are just so under educated and gone in their own reality that it's why you have people who believe in this obvious bs. It's the same people who believe in "fake news", q-anon, etc. etc. Good on Bill who gets bullied by the right to pretty much say, "Whatever. I hope they come around.", while donating a huge amount of money to help people worldwide. Weed need more people like Bill who actually uses their wealth for good.
@jsprunk: True. I would argue that ms' stuff isn't total junk though. My xbox one still works right along w/ my ps4, but the problem is that that ms should not be able to stop lawsuits just because they used their product. That's the solution to this.
@Atzenkiller: Scalpers selling on ebay prices have been going down recently which is a good sign, but also good in that they're making less money. Agreed, if sony/ms just added some sort of wait list or rain checks these would help as well.
