it looks really promising though, cool concept, like Metro 2033 going to Metro last light. i hope it does much better in the sequel knowing these negative comments
if they did something with like Claire and Leon from RE2, where leon's first day in the job as an RPD officer, and claire as a student finding her brother, people who are unaware and just innocent civilians, i think it would be great, like in resident evil outbreak, no training at all. except some of their expertise to see them survive some helluva virus.
