now that Spirit Tracks is out, what does nintendo have left for the DS (besides Pokemon HG and SS)?

Is it possible to receive items from events such as Oak's letterthrough Wifiif you couldn't make it to Toys R Us or other places?

There's no way I'm gettin the DSi because I don't have internet on my DS, and I already have a camera, so the new features are useless to me

Is dropping $180 (or however much it is) worth it for a DSi if i don't have wifi for my DS? The only thing i can think of are the camera and MP3's that i could use, and i already have those covered...
