Because there is a huge difference in gameplay when doubling the framerate. If you want pretty graphics like Killzone than the framerate needs to be 30 or lower. COD has a great artstyle with sleek graphics that have the gameplay to match all running at 60FPS. Most people I talk to have no idea about this concept and what a framerate even is which is a shame considering it's the reason COD feels so smooth and everyone plays it. Jason West and Vince Zampella made an unbelievable engine for COD4 when they took it modern, those guys were freaking brilliant, 60 FPS is a real game changer.

The same way the dvd and the music business survive.

well its a computer thing computer dont really count in decimal they count in binary. I dont really understand the concept but a 1024 mb is a real gigabyte not 1000 so when it says 60 gig the computer counts it different leading it to say less than what the box say. Really its the same size, companys just say 1000mb is a gig becuse its lets confusing for the non geeks and it makes it seem like it has more. I dont reallly understand it to much so i cant go to much into detail. But then you alse have your OS on the drive to.

its battlefield 3 not bad company 3. Batlefield bad company is like a spin off series. Battlefield bad company 2 is more infantry based. Battlefield 2 is is bigger and has lot of vehicles and jets and the maps are alot bigger. Both games have a different flow. Battlefield 3 is the sequel of battlefield 2 a pc game from 2004, so it will have jets and bigger maps and more players the pc verion will have 64 players in a game max while the ps3 will have at most 32. it will be the first normal battlefield game on the consoles. Black ops is a fun game but it just gets boring having basically the same cod game every year with new maps, new era, and a couple of changes with no innovation and when there is something wrong with the game it takes forever for a patched to be released if ever released and the maps packs are two expensive plus its a game you hear everyone talking about so people just get tired of hearing it, just like people hate justin bieber because of his fame. Those are some reasons why people hate COD
