Dude, thats a seriously diverse group of games you're looking forward to! You're definitely an "all-around gamer"!!!

Yup, for me i have a bunch of games im wanting more then Gears 2 (although i do really want to play the gears 2 coop).

Here are the games i want mroe then Gears 2

PC = Crysis:warhead, Stalker2, Spore, Left 4 Dead and Starcraft 2

360 = Infinite Undiscovery, Tales Of Vesperia, Fallout 3, NBA 2k9

Then gears2 and farcry2 are next up as my most anticipated :D

I loved gears singleplayer coop with a friend, but i wasnt a big fan of hte versus mode at all. Got very boring and stale to me after about 3 months.So im only wanting to play gear2 coop story mode (it looks fantastic)

I was really dissapointed by Marvel Ultimate Alliance. It's got the premise down but honestly the visuals were too gd busy, it became unplayable but that is the spirit I'm looking for. I just sold my Baldur's gate 2 for PS2, one of my fav's ever on ebay... ouch, hard to part with.... I mean, how hard would it to just throw out a game for 360 for these Dev's, call it "Dungeon Explorer" or something, using older tiles and codes and charge us $30 or even better $20 for it?

I upgraded to the 360 from owning both xbox and ps2. One thing I loved about my ps2 were the co-op hack-n-slash type games like Baldur's Gate 1 & 2, Champions of Norrath, etc... while the xbox had a couple of these games, like D&D Legends, the 360 seems to have nearly zero (outside of the unplayable Marvel Ultimate Alliance).

Whats more, I noticed a sad trend of Xbox 360 games putting co-op only over Xbox Live. While this appeals to a lot of people (aka rainbow six players), it really bums me out. My favorite thing is having a buddy come over with a 6 pack and then spending hours co-opping through a dungeon or street or anything. Now, my friends that aren't as into games as I am and therefore don't own a 360, or can't afford one at this time, can't play. I have to find strangers over xbox live to dungeon crawl with (assuming there is any dungeon crawling games)...

Maybe the 360 was the wrong choice for me in a gaming system. I like Oblivion and Mass Effect but this online co-op thing is killin me. Any suggestions???

Cheers!
