Of those three titles, the only one scheduled to release this year is Wolfenstien. Rage looks very promising, but it is hard for me to really hype a game that is over 1 year away. Ask me in a year and I will tell you a differnet story.

I second the AXPROs. They have true surround sound (4 speakers in each cup), each sound field is adjustable aswell.

I need to find a Surround sound Headset Adaptor for the Mic so I can talk to people... I already Have the 360 one, but everytime I try to look one up I get a bunch of phone headset adaptors... Am I just not looking deep enough or is there a better place to look??? The Headset I have is the Trtton AX360 (I really like it)W1ckedGo0se

I have the same headphones, they work with the 360 and ps3 with full voice chat.

For the PS3 to properly setup the AX Pro for voice chat, be sure to set both the "Input Device" and "Output Device" to "c-Media USB" under Settings > Accessories Settings > Audio Device Settings. If the "Output Device" is set to anything else you may still hear the chat audio, but you will not be able to control the chat volume via the inline controller.

I should clarify a bit, I run HDMI from my PS3 and 360 to my 42" Plasma. Currently I use the standard red.white rca connectors for audio out to my receiver.

MBP_King

f you are still using RCA cables for your sound output, either HDMI or Optical would give you much better sound from your reciever (assuming that it supports HDMI/Optical input).

If you have a HDTV you need to get a HDMI cable. Check out monoprice.com
