Alternatively is there a savegame at the point after this mission?

I've nearly maxed out my skills, hacked every CTOS tower, and maxed my reputation by doing crimes as they are detected.

I'm at Racine boats doing the mission Breakable Things and wondering if you can take out Racine before the ca chase or is that event set in stone?

Hate the driving in this game it's too damn touchy and I'm on my fifth attempt at the car chase. So was wondering if you could take him out before that and avoid the hassle?
