The third carmine must die, but the fourth shall live! He shall tell the tale of the Great War to his grandchildren (of how they won/lost, not going to jinx it)!

1. Mafia II - A Mafia simulation which has me believing the cut scenes are from a Mafioso movie. Can't wait to play the demo August 10th (Mark your Calendars!) and can't wait to buy the collector's edition.

Mafia II? I had a look at that game and it looks really good, I was really tempted to buy it but I have my eyes set on Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Test Drive Unlimited 2, Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days and Halo: Reach (I am no glory supporter! Just a follower). But I'm keen on getting it sometime in the near future :)

Does this game still have a solid online community? I still play the first one which I love, but it suffers from a small community. I'm thinking that perhaps they moved on to the sequel, but I don't want to buy it unless I know there will actually be more people to play with. So if you play RB6V:2 online, holler at me please so I know how the community is on there.

I'm getting it again today because my brother's broke/lost all the other discs (we had 3)!

I'm seeing a lot of Halo: Reach for number 1 and lots of Black Ops for number 2. I'm surprised that no one has mentioned Medal of Honour! Anyways, it seems that Halo is getting most of the hype (much like Halo 3), but does anyone think that the Halo franchise will soon start creating games like CoD? (I mean will it get a little repetitive?)

I'll probably get Halo: Reach, Fable 3 and Crysis 2. My most anticipated game is Fallout: New Vegas though and it's not part of that poll. I'm a big rpg and Fallout fan so New Vegas is right up my alley. Also Borderlands has new dlc coming out, I'll get that for sure.

I'm sorry about not including New Vegas into the poll, I made it in a hurry :( When I get the chance, I'm going to include a new, nicer looking poll :)

1) Halo:Reach. Don't think I really need to explain myself on this one.

Fable III, possiblybut its definitely not a dead cert.

Crysis 2 looks great although I feel for PC gamers as it almost certainly won't reach its full potential due to it being on consoles.

2) I have ZERO interest in Black Ops. I hate Treyarch, I'm sorry. It'll be sub-par, I'm 99% sure.

3) Gears 3 without a doubt.

Dead Space 2.

I agree with you TC, I don't exactly have €€€s coming out my ears so I'll have to pick and choose carefully. What purchases I'm sure about though are Reach, Gears 3 and Dead Space 2. I have every faith they'll live up to expectations and beyond.

Almost exactly how I feel :p Keep 'em coming guys :)

Hey, as I'm sure we are all aware, the next couple of months are going to have some of the biggest titles in video-games releasing sequels to their (probable) award winning series(e.g. Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, Halo, Fable ect.) and some newcomers to the 360console areputting their names up in lights(e.g. Crysis 2, Driver: San Francisco etc.). Which all makes for a lot of happy people when they look inside their stockings this Christmas to find half-a-dozen of eagarly anticipated gaming which will maybe last a month or so before ending up in second hand bins?

It's a well known market strategy used to vacuum our hard earned money to reap in lots of zero's for the companies. But unfortunately, not all of us can count up enough dough to buy every single game we want (unless you're under 14 in which case, at Christmas, you have no worries). I'm not criticising the system, it's ingenious, it really is. The problem is it makes it hard to choose for the customer (such as myself) to choose the right game(s) they want to take home and not regret ignoring the others.

At this point I'd probably ramble on saying 'I think this game its better for *blah blah*, while this one has *blah blah* and...' so on and so on. I am not interested in you acknowledging my opinion; I'm more interested in acknowledging yours. I am very interested in knowing what;

1)Game(s) you're going to get? Why?

2) Game(s) you aren't getting for a specific reason? Why?

3) Games of 2011 you're looking forward to? Why?

If you're really interested in my opinion then here are my answers;

1)Test Drive Unlimited 2(TDU was arguably one of the best racing games of all time), Assassin's Creed Brotherhood(Have you not seen the multiplayer?!), Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days(try the demo, you'll see why) and I'm considering one more but not sure which ones (opinions appreciated)

2)Call of Duty: Black Ops (I'm sorry people but I'm expecting this to be quite a dud like World at War, which is my opinion), Driver: San Francisco(Big fan of the old Driver games (Driver, Driver 2, Driv3r and Diver: Parallel lines) but I'm already getting TDU2)

3)Gears of War 3 (DUH?!), Bulletstorm(A game with 'gang bang' as a reward?! Got to be bought!)

Thank you and happy gaming :)

I've now added a new poll, as I was not aware you could make one on gamespot.co.uk

Mine take about 2 hours normally, they are like 50MB-70MB updates and I find it rediculous though how many of them there are! I now have a 13MB download update for Home and after 5 minutes, not even 1 %! NOW WTF IS UP WITH YOU SONY! NOT EVEN XBOX UPDATES TAKE THIS LONG! THE New Xbox Experience ONLY TOOK AN HOUR! My internet is particularly bad, but not this bad!

I would know by now if I knew what the motherboard is, but I don't. Can anyone answer both questions or point me somewhere where they might help?

Thanks

Also I need the answer before the end of the week please! (Christmas and all)
