i hope Gears 2 will give a background story of his father as well as Marcus too. and when he is extracted from the prison Carmine asked him if he fought at that one battle. i cant remember what it was called. and Carmine said " wow, cool" and then Marcus was like uh... not really. i want to know what happend at that battle. i think something really bad happend there.supersnake930
The battle is aspho fields i'm pretty sure, and all that information will be told about in the gears of war novel coming out this month.
game is definitely worth picking up. my favorite game all-time, there are glitchers online but it's not "every game" it's just every once and a while. also anyone who says it's all about strafing in circles and hoping you get a lucky kill with the shotgun either sucks very badly or they have a horrible connection. also the game takes a while to get good (online) at so you've gotta have patience.
Also, i'm pretty sure the kills in Annex don't count toward kill achievements. I know seriously... for sure and i also think for others like: pistelero, 100 chainsaws, etc.
Another good idea is to host a match and tell your friends the game type, map, and rounds so they can join. This way the game fills faster, you will have more fun cause you'll be playing with friends (and ppl with mics), and you'll get more kills by being the host.
