Sony robbed me today. Before you jump on me. Read this. Today I purchased Season Pass for Sniper Elite 3 on PS4. In the description, it's says it gives you access to all DLC including Hunt for grey wolf. So I download everything and then realise this specified DLC isn't there. Nowhere to be found on PSN. I checked EVERYWHERE. I took a look on the Internet to see if there's anything I'm not aware of.

After not finding anything about the missing DLC. I contact Sony via some technician chat available through their site. After explaining the problem to them, they told me to contact the developper itself (!). Okay so I make a transaction wth you guys and I have to waste time and take care of this myself ?!

But I do it. Guess what? They can't do s**t about it today and give me a reference number.

So I happen to return to this nice little chat with Sony. I ask for a refund since I can't get the DLC I PAID FOR. It is clearly mentionned in the description. After trying futile things such as restoring database or licensing on my PS4, they basically told me to go f**k myself. No they won't give me a refund for something I paid and didn't get. WHAT!!! I buy something clearly mentioned, you don’t give it to me, I’m not satisfied and I want a refund. I should get one. Customer service 101.

I was using Xbox 360 before going to PS4 and never NEVER did a s**t like that happened to me. Guess people are right saying Xbox live is Superior to PSN. Anyway, the point is not to put fuel on that fanboys war. Today, I realised Sony and Microsoft are exactly the same. Greedy corporation ready to screw their customers for some bucks.

I just had to get it out of my chest.
