Video review won't play, it will play only an AD (word from our sponsors) and then stop.

I own an account on GameSpot sinceAug 23, 2004.

Recently I tried logging with Facebook account - successfully, after that I have tried to link the new account to the existing account in the popup window that asked me if I have an existing account on GameSpot.
I did that, but everytime I login using Facebook, the window for linking accounts still pops up.

How do I stop it from displaying every time?
