@Carolyn Petit I'm so confused by this article. If she clearly identifies as female and lives her life as a female wouldn't she be a non-transgendered person. Or is she a man wo looks female... a but that would be trans-sexual. Shouldn't the side quote say she identify's as male? I'm not trying to offend just trying to get it right.
@Gamespot We are consumers. We aren't buying those works of art you mentioned. Artists are trying to convey a message. As a producer of a good, BioWare has a responsibility to please it's customers, or they shouldn't expect people to buy their product art or not. By giving a crappy ending Bioware is reducing the value of their product. If what you say is true then i expect this website to go back to every game that it has criticized for poor story and adjust their scores accordingly to reflect that poor story is irrelevant to the value of a game. You say that the petition is only a small portion of the gaming base. Yes this is true but there are other enraged fans showing their discontent in other way besides the petition such as Youtube. Just because the petition is there doesn't mean every gamer unhappy about ME3's ending knows about it.
