Here’s what’s crazy to me. Microsoft owns crash bandicoot and Spyro. While Sony owns the company that created Halo. Just wild. My younger self wouldn’t believe it.

Pretty sure I read that EA was also looking to purchase Activision-Blizzard. That would imply they aren’t looking to sell at all and would be way too pricey. Ubisoft probably also wouldn’t sell after they fought so hard to prevent that hostile takeover a few years back. Ya never know though.

I’m mostly shocked they have enough wrestlers left on their roster to fill the royal rumble….

Does Sony have access to twice as many semiconductors as Microsoft? Because that’s the only way I’d be confident in making that analysis…..

@just_visiting: It’s not up in arms about just the price hike. It’s the consistent price hikes with no value being added to the service. In fact, they were going to try and stop sharing of passwords on group accounts….

@Bamda: I’d argue against that.. They the only service that charges extra for HD/4K content, they cancel originals 2 weeks after they air, and the amazing ones they keep we have to wait 2-3 years between seasons. I understand wanting to take time to do a season right, and not knowing if there will be a second so sometimes there is a delay, but when you know it’s a hit, you should have the story planned out in advance like Breaking Bad. I mean, the kids in stranger things are gunna have their own kids by the time we finish it, and if they plan on doing 7 seasons of the witcher like they want to, they better not have 2 years in between or Henry Cavill won’t be able to do it anymore…..

Plus I’m not sure if they changed it, but it used to be as soon as you signed into a second device, wether or not it was at the same time as another, they changed your plan without telling you to accommodate. Honestly I’d say HBO is the best of them all. Cheaper than Netflix too.

It’s pretty bad… I play on both my pc and Xbox and even not factoring in cheaters, console players are at a major disadvantage. Then there’s no anticheat software for it (which MCC has…).

@lifeisabeach: You know 343 has nothing to do with the halo subreddit right? It got locked out due to overwhelming death threats to the developers so it was cleaned up so it wouldn’t get banned by Reddit.
