How big are you muscles:
1) Don't really have any, "looks down at muscle", yep, not at all....
2) Have enough to get around, lift 20 pound boxes, exc....
3) Average size muscles, lift 50 pounds with ease
4) Good muscles, can bench press 100 pounds, lift 80 pounds exc...
5) Excellent muscles, can bench pree 150 pounds exc....
6) WOW muscles, every time I flex my muscles, I can feel a breeze...
I'm a number 4, just started working out two weeks ago...

You actually consider benching 150 pounds to be excellent?! Wow. i must be up there with Chuck Norris muscles or something then.
