I don't usually get it when people complain about a game being offensive like what the trailer shows. I think that is offensive is when everyone thinks they have the right to be offended and that their reaction matters in any meaningful way. The game does not point to any one, to any individual. And the first thing that should come to mind to those people spending a good deal of their time whining about a game's trailer is that it's just a game. nothing more, nothing less. video games have the liberty to create their own fantasy world, our fantasy world, to help us and gamers alike pass time and combat boredom. some games today are not just even games themselves. they have become art. many artists sometimes work on games. that does not mean anyone can whine and complain and start demanding to change the games because they are offensive. it's as simple as don't buy it if you don't like it.just because women-dressed as nuns-in the trailer were shown being murdered is not reason enough to label the game as offensive. killing gun-weilding nuns in the trailer does not, in any way, objectifies women. I mean look at the women in a daily basis. you don't want to take my word for it but if you go to a mall and look around, you'll see a lot of women objectifying themselves. And does it matter if there's a religous point of view involved? if you are that religious fanatic, go home and deal with it. the last thing i want to hear is people complaining that religion is being made fun of or even portrayed wronfully. Isn't it cool to see gun-totting nuns running around? It reminds me of Boondock Saints a little.anyway, another good thing i heard about the game is its asynchronous multiplayer mode. Check it here at gamearena (http://www.gamearena.com.au/news/read.php/5114676?latest=1) for more details.I think this one will make the game more than fun once and for all.

Rockstar has not given us any other information about GTA V except for the two mysterious images of the game. Really? Are they suggesting somethin in those pictures? I've been waiting forever for this game and now only two screenshots are provided. Nice job teasing us further Rockstar. Well, since pictures are all we have, I think we can spin a lot of thoughts around them while we wait for the hard facts to come. One thing that come to my attention after a bit of analyzing the photos was that the graphics are all that great as expected. There were rumors that GTA V will debut on an Xbox 720 or the next generation PlayStation console. I don't think the pictures reveals other telling signs that GTA V will run on Xbox 360 and PS3 only. At 720p, the pictures look basically the same for pictures running in current generation of Xboxes and PS3s. Even to an untrained eye like mine, there is an obvious similarity. Considering that the new Xbox 720 and PS4 will be out sometime during the last quarter of 2013, GTA V will definitely be released on 360s and PS3s rather than the new gen consoles. It's illogical that this terrific game will roll out for 720s and PS4s next year. Even so, I think the game will run fine and will still be enjoyable in the least even if it runs on old Xbox 360 hardware. Hopefully rockstar will show us more details about this game during the next Gamescom this year. Michael Pachter's prediction may seem reasonable, but I still believe that Microsoft will eventually release the next Xbox, aptly called Xbox 720, in the fall of 2013.I know the release date has been the subject of speculation for some time now without little or no evidence at all from both claiming sides, but at least, those believing that the new Xbox will be available in the fall of 2013 have some legal documents backing uncovered in a court case. The said court case involves former members of Activision regarding the franchise of the popular Call of Duty series. The court dispute released a paper that speaks of a new game called Destiny that will be released on the Xbox 360 and the Xbox 720 in the fall of 2013. The contract specifically mentioned that the new console from Microsoft will be called Xbox 720. The court paper also hinted that the game will also be released on the PlayStation 3 and the new PlayStation 4 in the fall of 2014.It is known that Bungie, the developer of the popular Xbox exclusive Halo series, left Microsoft in 2007 and worked under the wing of Activision in 2010, hence their involvement in the court proceedings. The documents were first reported by the Los Angeles Times but it is the writer from the Seattle Times that put the pieces of the puzzle together for the first time. While Pachter's belief that a spring launch in 2014 makes sense, it is not based on anything other than his intuition and market history and analysis, which could be mistaken at times.I think it's also still perfectly lucrative for Microsoft to release the new Xbox 720 during the fall of 2013 as this will be in time for the holiday season. And again the court documents are concrete evidence that an Xbox 720 console is really coming in 2013 although we know for a fact that Microsoft did not mention it at this year's E3 gaming conference.Well, it's never a big deal for me when the release date will be but I am still excited nevertheless about the new Xbox. It will be the hottest gaming news I guess for all hard core gamers.By the way, speaking of gaming news, I find gamearena (http://www.gamearena.com.au/news/) an excellent source for fresh unfiltered news.
