This kind of thred makes me sick. Every couple of days....."PS3 is this" "PS3 That".."Did I make the right decision?" Blah de fricken blah.

Look...not hating on anyone. At all. Everyone is entitled to buy which ever system they want. I personally bought the PS3 for the Free (Not Having to pay $50 every time that I turn around) Online. The Blu-Ray player. ( Which in 1080p is spectacular!) Not having to send it in every time that I turn around. (RROD). The fact is yes.....the PS3 is lacking in games...RIGHT NOW, In the future this will not be the case.

Like the others that stated it before....HAZE, Folklore, GT5, Uncharted, UT3, MSG4, ect ect ect ect ect. It drives me nuts when I hear "Did I make the wrong choice?", if you are even asking the question.....package it up and sell it. There are many other people that would be glad to get their hands on one.

this is simple...who complains about this 40gb and 60gb price cut, means it has already a ps3, those who doesn't have a ps3 yet and had patient and waited time enough for this do happen, i don't doubt that those like me are very happy.

And btw ps3 is 100% compatible with ps1 games and will play ps2 games in the future by software emulation.

Well put. And just so that everyone knows.......the 40GB will be able to play approx 85% of ps2 games out of the box and that percentage will increase with futher firmware updates!

I actually went through and emailed Red Octane and they said that nothing was confirmed at this point......I really hope that it is b/c as I would love to play guitar hero again on the ps3!
