@GT_APE @gh0stw4rr10r The latter comment was about the general concept of the show. That does not mean that every crap spewed on the comment section deserves the attention it gets by being on the show. Some of it just poisons the otherwise comedic atmosphere and pushes the envelope of dark humor too far for my taste.

This show has taken on darker tones with every new episode. Johnny might want to consider dialing it down a bit.

Still, funny as hell to see the worst things about gamers, lack of perspective, lack of most basic civility, sense of entitlement, and of course fanboyism reflected back at them.

They should think about implementing a "deathmatch" like mode for EVE so that people can simply pick their ships and fight pitched battles or accomplish scripted missions and maybe earn points for unlocks.

It would open the game for new clientele (like me), players who are not interested in endless grinds, continued interaction with players and everything else that makes MMORPG a MMORPG.

And it would cost them next to nothing since they already have decent combat mechanics, huge array of ships and lore to back any story they want to implement in the new game.

I lol-ed at mechs in space. Its like introducing a slow, practically stationary practice target for enemy fighters and capital ships point defense guns.

However this is a space fighter game so its definitely worth a try.

I'm still waiting for a decent Freespace 2 like game especially one which would introduce capital ships on FS2 scale(6km Colossus or 2-3km standard destroyers) as well as battles were you are not expected to kill everything single-handed(FPS style) and were other bigger ships have a purpose other than to die.

Rome: Total War is still my favorite Total War game especially Europa Barbarorum mod which added huge content to an already great game even though Empire and Napoleon have grown on me and are now solid second.

I hope they can recapture the scale of the empire management, battle longevity and diversity with the new Rome that was missing from Shogun 2 a little.

As I read through staff and fan comments I realize that the two sides argue about different things. Staff argues about a principle of changing art to suit consumer needs while gamers and fans argue about the content of the ending. I think that both sides make a good point- this change if it happens will set a precedent for all other games but i doubt that there will be so many games with fan base willing to spend their time and money to force a change. On the other hand, ending((s)- difference between them is cosmetic) is abrupt, poorly thought out and makes no room for further development. Maybe that is the worse thing- fans wouldn't mind "dying"(Shepard, entire crew...) if they could make a difference by time invested throughout the three games- saving the universe- literally- the Mass Effect universe for future games and spin-offs. But in the end if this was meant to be the last game in the Mass Effect series I see no reason to change the ending no matter how much it sucks and it really really does suck.
