I would say on normal difficulty gamespot might have it right. You never really get to play with the job classes in any meaningful way.
On Hard on the other hand, it is a whole new ball game and a lot more fun.

The company I work for has just launched a new beta of VIA3, our integrated audio, video, chat and collaboration application. We're looking for people to try it out and give us feedback. The Beta runs through July and, of course, it's free to use during the Beta test period.
What does VIA3 offer?
- The ability to hold a meeting with dozens of people at the same time
- Better-than-telephone quality audio and great video
- Application Sharing. You can show (or give control of) any application on your computer to anyone in the meeting
- Secure file sharing and web based discussions
- Full privacy. Audio, video, and data are always fully encrypted
Please visit http://beta.viack.com/ and sign up. You can also invite others to test VIA3 with you.
