Because No parents bought their kids ps3 (exept a couple of course) while 360 live had a huge problem because every store i went into they were all sold out all models of 360 and wii while every store i walked into had atleast 50-100 ps3's (im not even kidding, i walk into bestbuy you look at upper shelfs you can build a fortress with that many ps3's, and you know how costco has towers of item boxes? well.... one of the tower had PS3s full of it).

Well looking on the brightside, i already own a ps3 and I wanted more people to get ps3 rather then gettin good connection on christmas... i didnt even go on my ps3 in christmas... PS3 NEEDS MORE CONSUMERS.

Im curious, does anyone have one? all the ps3 owners i know has either 60gb or 80gb, Who has the cheaper models?

I kinda understand why 20 gb wasnt as populat as 60gb and 40gb isnt popular as 60gb or 80gb right now, first the 40gb is only $50 away from 60gb, and 60gb has 2 extra usb ports, id rather pay $50 and get 2 extra usb ports or even just 1 more, right now i use all my usb ports and its annoying when i have to switch everytime, second what the heck can you do with 20gb? No HDMI, no wifi, no card slots, and 40gb dont have card slots either....

Im just sayin it would be super rare and special to find a 20gb ps3 owner, ive never seen one in real life, im happy that i got my 60gb cuz sony is never making a model that has more features then the 60gb (unless they come out with a slimmer version just like how ps3 and psp did, then thats a different story).

Title.

For me its a no brainer Call of duty 4 its the shortest game ever made on the ps3, i beat the easiest mode in 4 hours and now im on the hardest mode which is dificulty Veteran but i got bored 3 hours into it (half way)cuz i already know whats gona happen and online is much better with infinit replay value. (actually gh3 on normal mode took me about 4 hours so they are both same time)

My longest has to be Ninja gaiden sigma, its gotta be atleast 80 hours, there are 19 missions and im only on 7th, there are 6 difficulties and im only on normal mode which is second easiest, and even on normal mode, its sooo frickin hard like the normal mode in this game is like the hardest game for entire ps3, i wonder what the hardest mode would be like, well gettin to mission 7 took me about 10 hours and i even needed a walkthrough to guide me cuz its too hard and frustrating where to go, i havnt beaten it yet tho, i dont think i ever will cuz its too hard to be a game its a joke (good game tho, a must have btw)

well i just sent my 60gb ps3 back last night and they got it this morning. From the paper they sent with the prepaid box it says you'll get it back "3-5 days from when they RECEIVE it" so i'm hoping that's the case. Mine wouldn't play any disks at all. And they tell you before you send it back to back up your games. I put mine on USB stick and it worked. Only game i had that wouldn't copy was the Godfather which i was heavily advanced in. but oh well. But when you get it back they should fix the problem and you should be able to play the game without a problem. Otherwise what's the point of sending it back to them. I would replace the game just to make sure it wasnt the game as well. My only issue is that i want my 60gb back lol. I love it. But i feel your pain i'm going thru it now too lolCeeCee0203

Yeah, sorry you lost your ps3 for a while, all i want when my ps3 comes back is to have my original ps3 run like when i had it before, and to run cod4 like all my other games, gettin it replaced wit a new ps3 is not important for me.

I have a 4 month old 60gb ps3 and i sent it to sony today cuz it would not turn on, was playing call of duty 4 and just shut down boom and wont turn back on wit the call of duty 4 disk stuck inside the system.

This happened about 5 days ago, i called sony and they said they will fix it with no charge, from the time i called them the prepaid shipping box arrived to me 4 days later, which was yesterday, and i sent it to purolator today, they should be receiving it in 1-2 days, and takes 3-5 days to fix, so it will be atleast a week from now before playing my ps3 again.

I wish they send me a new one... but they dont make 60gb anymore so theres no chance they will have that at their place (even if they did, they wouldve sold it all to retailers), and i even asked the SCEA guy on the phone if my ps3 will be replaced, he said No, it will be Refurbished (means they will check if it has any problems and will fix what is wrong so it will be just as good as when you first got it... but its still not new), and one of the worst part is they erase everything in your saved data :( that means they are gona erase my hard played Ninja gaiden sigma! i was 20 hours into it! (its so frickin long and i only beaten quatre of it, its about 80 hours on the second easiest mode), and all my guitar hero 3 records gone! my warhawk, resistance and rainbow six vegasonline profile, i dont mind too much on call of duty 4 since I can beat it in 4 hours and i havnt got in high rank online.

But a question i forgot to ask the SCEA dude, since the call of duty 4 broke my ps3 (not only me, ive heard about atleast 4 other people saying cod4 broke their ps3's completly dead), will i be able to play it again? i mean will it kill my ps3 so i have to send it back? I really want to play cod4 its the best game i have for ps3 right now and will be till 08, and i cant stand not playing it, but Im afraid it will damage my system, anyone know the answer to this if I can play it again? cuz if the answer is bad disk, i bought it from walmart so i can change it to another cod4 disk anytime as long as i have the receipt, but if its the game it self, id rather not go back to it and trade it in.

Thanks for the answer.

Hey guys, I boughtCall of duty 4 yesterday, and I beat it today, heres everything you want to know if you dont have the game yet.

Pros:

-Best graphics on Ps3 to-date (Ninja gaiden sigma goes neck to neck)

-Real gunsounds

-Your friendly AI is one of the smartest AI you would ever play with

-5 difficulties for those who love challenges

-Amazing storyline, much better then I thought

-Realistic Gadgets, everything you play in this game is like your in a real war

-Absolutly NO glitch or problems in game

-60FPS, when i was playing it on my HD downstairs i thought my guy and the gears were real

-awsome controls

-Great Stealth use

Cons:

-Made up story

-If you start playing CoD4 on the easiest mode (Recruit) you are likely to beat it in less then 5 hours like I did (while IGN says takes atleast 6 hours on recruit difficulty)

-Someparts of the gameare Continously-shooting at incoming enemieswhich will get bored of in couple of minutes

-No vehicles to ride on, you will get to ride on jeeps, planes, etc but youll wont be able to drive them, they couldve easily put the driving simulator in there

-Waste of difficulty levels, after recruit there are 4 more difficulty, while the hardest one is Veteran, if you start the game over on veteran right after you beat it on recruit, the difficulty only went up 1 level, no need to beat the other 3 difficulties in the middle

-Holographic-flying papers that looks like they are going 5 fps really annoys you on the desert levels

-The game has great stealth use but Only the British S.A.S are the ones mainly using the stealth to complete missions, when your on U.S. marine corps you shoot loudly wit alot of explosions and gun sounds going around wit hundreds of other U.S. teamatesaround you all just rushing into the enemy while they are shooting back at youlike there is no such thing is stealth, this wont mean alot to people but for me i wanted to get a chance to do even a single stealthing on the U.S. and not just the british, and british is vice versa, they only fight in squad of 4 and use stealth every second.

That is my summary, its a no brainer must have, the online is the best in ps3 so far witlag-free (atleast i cant tell if there is any), online will atleast keep you till 08, best on ps3 go pick it up now.

Dont, its too addictive, i got it 4 days ago when i walked into best buy to pick up ratchet and clank when i suddenly saw GH3 on sale! picked it up, brought it home, playing ever since then, other then sleep, school, eat, washroom gh3 is all i play, its the most addicting game on ps3 right now and the best, it put my resistance, rainbow six vegas, warhawk, ninja gaiden sigma aside, i put resistance in just to take a break from gh3 and i cant stand resistance now, gh3 tops all games and if you buy gh3 youll wont wana play any other game, wow seems like now ill wont be having another game for a long time, i wana get good on expert but im only starting hard cuz i beat easy and normal, i dont really mean for you not to buy guitar hero 3, thats the best i can describe guitar hero 3 its that good. wit the best songs (better then rockband guarentee)
