We haven't seen much talk about Minecraft Earth in a while. It's an augmented reality version of the game that turns the real world into a playground full of your own blocky creations. The company said that a beta version of the game would be available this summer. Now, with a new trailer of the game, the company claims it will be available on iOS within the next two weeks. Android will follow "soon afterward."
The launch on the iPhone isn't too surprising since we first got a glimpse of live gameplay during WWDC last month. The trailer offers more information about the game. However, it's worth checking out the Apple demo to see the game's features and if you have any queries.
To be one of the first players with access, you'll need to sign to play the game for free right here (you'll need a device running at least iOS 10 or Android 7 to participate, according to the FAQ).
