no! my main Computer which has the mouse at the moment is Windows 7 ultimate 64 what i meant is if i can test my mouse in a netbook that has ubuntu software cause i dont own another pc with windows in it

Everytime i do a cold boot this happens to razer synapse so somehow my computer doesnt recognize the mouse or something? maybe i need to reinstall the mouse drivers or something? to wipe them somehow

- (also) i have only a netbook to test my mouse on and it has Ubuntu software will that be fine?

Hello, i have this razer taipan mouse for 1 year now and past 4-5 months its been acting badly everytime i open my computer in a cold BOOT my mouse sometimes doesnt light's up at all or it has light's but i cant move cursor to fix that? i need to unplug the usb cord and plug it back in and also when that happens (when cursor doesnt moves) i get this on razer synapse ( everyitme i do a cold bootup its say's this) but i do have my mouse connected but to make it work i have to unplug it plug it back in go to task manager end process rzsynapse.exe and open it again to work.. please guys i've tried SOOOO many things none of them works

i've tried:

- Removing hypernation from root hubs

- Switching usb ports

- Reinstalling razer synapse 20 times

Temp solutions so far:

- Unpluging usb and back in

- Restarting my computer will make it work as it happens in a cold boot only!

it doesnt make any sense and im so tired of unpluging my usb cable all the time and reseting razer synapse.. my pc is in an akward position so its kinda hard to unplug and plug in back..

Updating my issue so i dont open a new ticket..

Well i decided to change the usb port and now it works even on startup with 0 mouse lag the things is does that mean that usb port is broken? cause it does it only on the startup(cold boot) if the system was open and i restart it works fine its only on cold boot.. what should i do cause im confused? put more devices to check the usb port like my old mouse or format it somehow?

i dont think its the mouse cause when i get it like 3-4 months before it was okay with razer synapse that lag thing started 1-2 months..

i unistalled razer synapse but its the same thing after 1 day... judgiing frm synapse's call (connect a razer device) i think when i boot my computer the mouse connects and discconects all the time.. what can cause that? its so laggy for 1 minute u can even click or move it just a little.. im reallly out of options here

well yea it works so you are reccomending me to unistall the software and then see if it happens again?
