Nope, there are 2.5" 250GB SATA's but their form factors are 3mm too high for the Playstation 3. Since they use an extra plate they're a bit too high to fit inside the chassis.  The largest internal drive you can get which fits is a 200GB.

If you can't directly see it then it's probably in your "coming soon" section. Check that first. For me, everything is in there, the only thing I see directly on the PSN is the Joust Video.

Kojima is building this game without the 360 in mind. That article CLEARLY states that Kojima doesn't care if his game is not "360 port friendly", he's designing the game solely for the Playstation 3 and for the Playstation 3's architecture.

End of Story.....

Hi all,

I've got a few more questions regarding online gaming, this time it's about servers:

1- If I bought a US PS3 (by importing it, I live in Bahrain), will I only have access to servers that are located in the USA, or will I have the option to choose which region's server I want to connect to ? or will it be based on my ISP's location ?

2- Online games are played on servers that the game's company provide, right ? but can someone host a server himself ?

3- Is it possible that there aren't servers available for some regions ? (in my case "Middle East"), is there any site to check their servers list and locations ?

Any help would be really appreciated.

1. No, you can create PSN accounts from different regions, and your servers will be selected based on which account you're currently signed into.

2. Host a server, no... Hosting games yes..

3. It's highly possible, however, you'd have to contact each publishing company for that information.

Playstation 3 has known EXPONENTIALLY less problems than the 360. And that's taking lifespan INTO account.

Just change channels, or turn off the screen. As long as your PS3 is running Folding@home it doesnt matter if u stay on the HD channel of your TV or turn it off...

Well, if you go by that mentality... Then... all shooters are a copy of the first shooter?

Three year life span? Where did you here that from?

Edit: If that is so, then that is bull. I've had my PS2 controller since 2002 (when I bought my PS2) and it still works perfectly despite much abuse (throwing to the floor...hard).

Apparently it was first mentioned that the SIXAXIS' battery pack could keep a charge fairly well until 6 years, when it would have to get replaced, but it's covered by Sony when it dies.
