Well props to Sony for making the SLIGHTLY better console, they get the multiplat trophy this gen. However, let's not shit on One when the other is only marginally better at running this gen's games. I fault both MS & Sony for making this gen less dynamic than the last. I hope the next round is MUCH better for all.
@Tiger_Ali: That's what I USED to think as well but I can't see many games last gen being NATIVELY 1080P, I think most everything was upscaled to 1080P. Let's not kid ourselves, both consoles are disappointing, one is just a bit more so. As neither can truly handle the games that come out without hiccups. The difference between One and 4 is NOT 3.
@Xristophoros: 2 things: Will it stay at $15 if significantly more games are added? Where was Sony's significant investment in the online department back in the PS2 days? Sony was talking crap against Sega with the Dreamcast about online. If NOT for MS success with Live, would Sony have done online?
@uncle5555: I agree, however most seem to forget no used games WAS a thing on PS4 too. I saw on Gamespot a news story that Sony had filed for a patent to block used games. Sony's smugness back in 2013 was not without hypocrisy. What stopped them from doing it, I don't know but the point is they WERE going to. So this crap that Sony was a savior is BS.
Hopefully that 0fps will be patched at some point. MS please, Sony; too, on your next consoles (Xbox 4/PS5) can we the gaming public get better hardware and hence performance to match the games your developers want to make. Damn this gen has been disappointing due to BOTH manufacturers gimping their consoles.
@MAXTHUNDER99: "Always been about the games", so I guess the $500/$600 launch PS3 was because of the Cell Processor, then? No, it wasn't. Sony's goal was all about Blu-Ray with PS3, not games.
