These pictures were obviously edited! I have GTA IV for the Xbox 360, and it doesn't look anywhere near as bad as it does in the pictures! I also know that the PS3 version is nearly identical to the Xbox 360, yet it looks much, much worse than the 360 version in the pictures. The pictures are very blurry and extremely dark. Of course, the PC pictures are very bright and sharp. That has a little to do with the PC's graphics being better, but more to do with GameSpot being biased.

It's hard to compare the screenshots when the brightness settings are so much different on the PC monitor than they are on the TV. The TV's settings are way too dark!
