Recently my 360 did the scratch a huge circle in the end of my halo 3 thing it does because of the lack of lens pads (don't blame me the console was in horizontal position and wasn't moved) . I want to know if any of you have any experience in fixing these yourself? The scratch is so severe that the 360 gives me the "to play this disc, put it in an xbox 360 console" message. Instead of this disc is unreadable pop up thing. Even though the scratched area is only the width of the tip of a pencil, the scratch goes all the way around....

It does not seem to be a very deep scratch though and I wanted to know if GameStop would be able to fix this scratch and bring master chief back to life??? Because I know they do fix scratches for a low fee. Also I just want to play Halo again :cry:

Another thing that bothers me is I doubt Microshaft support will help at all just make me sadder and halo 3 regular edition is not available in the game replacement program.
