everything on my xbox is working fine except the disc drive. When i put a game/cd/dvd in the drive it says "reading" on the bottom, makes a bunch of loud noises, and then returns to "open drive" on the bottom. It doesn't even recognize the disks. And then, when i take out a disk, there is a faint scratch circling the disk. What i don't understand is that my xbox was working fine until, while i was playing rockband, the disk drive spontaneously broke. Can someone help me?

P.S.- Did anyone else experience problems with xbox live last night?

i've been thinking this myself... especially the ending on legendary... really hints at another halo game (halo 4)

nah.... its actually pretty short. I rented it from blockbuster and got to the last mission in a week. I thought there was more to it, so i bought it, but then beat it in about 10 minutes. now all you can do is wander around taking over the city (even though it broke two days later). It's a preeeettty short game.

I think "niid" is in reference to the fact that it's a wII which makes the hard e sound. I thought it was rather clever.effthat

No question about it. It's the only Wii game out that wouldn't have been technically possible on last gen platforms.Ponmop

dude... it looks exactly like the other metroid games. (which were pretty good already). Plus, halo 2 on xbox still kicks metroids ass graphics wise (except for faces)

For some reason, when I point any of my three controllers to the right side of the screen, the cursor goes all crazy and flickers around and at some point just dissapeared. I've cleaned my sensor bar with everything, but it still doesn't work. My friend had the same problem and got his wii replaced. Is there any other solution?
