i tried gettin on another pc but it still didnt work

I am using Media GO and I dont have the convenience of a ps3, at leat not till monday

I purchased a PSP GO yesterday and when I tried to download the new content I just bought for it and it said This account already has 5 PSPs activated on it deactivate another one to use this one. I have 5 other PSPs because I broke 2 of my 1000s, upgraded to a 2000, and still own 2 3000s, so I deactivated m 2000 and when I tryed activating the PSP GO it said connection with the server failed I have been tryin nonstop to get this to work I have a great internet connection but it just wont let me download game content but it will download the new episodes of house I got just fine.

I wanted to buy the id ultimate pack from steam and i was wondering if any machine could still run these it can run games well i just got finished playing the batman arkham asylum demo and I was wanting to get this package so please help me with this

well that raises the problem that it wont connect to any connections wired or wireless.
