Ok, so my old xbox 360 died and found out my warranty expired, so I didn't think it was worth the trouble of getting it repaired and just went an bought a new one.

Now that I've popped my old hard drive in the new xbox, whenever I boot it up I keep having to select the hard drive in order to sign in, which is annoying. How do I make it automatically signed into my profile that's on my hard drive.

Also, I've noticed when im trying to play my games that have DLC which I've already downloaded, it doesn't recognize it. It only works when im on Xbox Live.

Oh so the standard one's already do have an HDMI port now? If that's true than the salesman at Circuit City lied to me.

I have a 32" HDTV 720p and I was wondering what would be the better Xbox to get. I heard that the Xbox Elite has HDMI compatibility, which means better picture quality I believe. However, the Elite sounds like a package for a heavy gamer who plans to go on live a lot(I use my PC for online play). I am not a heavy gamer, I only get about 1-3 games a year BUT I want to be able to get the best picture quality possible for my games w/ my HDTV.

So is the HDMI worth it? Or will the standard Xbox 360 satisfy me enough? It's not that I can't afford either one, just that if the Elite gives me better quality, I will pay the extra worth.
