🥵 Well then...I will say that “Final” in this sense is not to inflate my ego (ya boy has sub 50 followers) but “Final” as I probably will not be returning to this game until further notice so I’d hold off on judgement there, BUT I will say you’ve given me a chance to think about how titles can be viewed subjectively by different people. I do genuinely appreciate that.
Also, appreciate the good job. 😁
@mandzilla: Hey thanks, man. I really appreciate the feedback. But trust me on Ys, it's a series I was oblivious to until Lacrimosa of Dana. I've enjoyed it so much I went back and bought the other two games on my PS Vita. Gonna brush the dust off that puppy and see if the rest of the modern titles from a few years ago were any good.
@henrythefifth: dont get me wrong, Henry, I agree that Destiny has massive narrative issues and at times lazy writing. Trust me, I’ve suffered through the worst of it, but I’ve tried not to conflate Lore with story as they’ve been handled very differently. Bungie has issues telling their main narrative and the definition of their overarching adventure, but Destiny has had some incredibly unique lore around weaponry, cultural hierarchies of enemy factions, important events in history, etc. I love the Lore Destiny offers and if Bungie is saying I’ll be getting more of it, I’m alright.
