Can you save 360 game data on a Xbox one?

For example if I was on Mass Effect and didn't have any internet access could i save it to the Xbox one hardrive?

Will a Xbox one Disney Infinity base work on a PS4 so I can just get the software or will I need to get another Disney infinity base as well?

I have a question about the new Quantum Break game as I understand it to download the episode pack it 75gb.

What happens if you play Quantum Break offline without downloading the episode pack?

Will it not work at all or will it just skip the episode?

Is the fallout 4 season pass worth it?

I have been trying to work this out but they released two new characters for the game you can use them in offline hero battles but if your internet connection drops you can't use them it says you need a internet connection why do I need a internet connection to use theses two heros offline any information would be helpful

From what you have said you are more of a PlayStation fan so if it just for one game I wouldn't at least for now wait to see what the reviews have to say.

However if any future exclusive take your interest or some of your friends have a Xbox then it might be worth considering but for now I would wait and see what people have to say about Quantum Break.
