After a bunch of research and the fact that my old, "normal" computer is dying, I've decided I want to get a gaming PC.

I've "researched" as best I could but am still a total noob with the majority of the terms and jargon.

However, I'm made two lists, one from iBuyPower thats a custom-built rig, and one from NewEgg thats just all the parts by themselves.

P.S: I'm aware I don't have a monitor in those line-ups. I'm looking at some ~$300...

So i got a DS3 from play-asia (white, btw) and i need some way to test that it works alright and nothing was damaged during transit. Whenever i feel it rumble it feels very weak, even with a full battery.

I guess you'd have to suggest a game so i can test it. I have about 10-15 PS2 games, so mention and ill see if i have it.

Assassin's Creed, Unreal Tournament 3, or the Orange Box; which game to get?

I enjoy both action/adventure games and FPS.

I have Uncharted and Spider-man 3 (not the best action/adventrue game but Im a fan of the series). I also have COD4 and Resistance, in the FPS department.

Only one is an option so dont say buy all 3. Im saving up for MGS4, LBP, GT5, and GOW3.

I may have overexaggerated about barely being able to run Morrowind. When I turn all the settings all the way up, it runs real choppy but still playable. So...yeh.

And my computer isnt really a factory machine, if you will, (to the guy who said go to the manufacterers website) it's kinda just pieces and parts becasue (long story short) my moms office has computer people that always help and upgrade our stuff when it needs to (like software, virus protection, etc.).

And this is what I got when I went to system information. I dont know how much this can tell you about how much of what I have.

So please respond and then I'll see what else I have to upgrade.
