It looks fine on all accounts. Although XP High Quality looks more colorful, that's not the tone that they're trying to set.

It doesn't look like your getting much of an advantage with DX 10. It just looks like some of the textures are barely clearer, and they look fine to begin with. I think Flame_Co might be right on DX 9 does seem to look a little bit better..
