Much as it sucks for the people loosing their job, its about time. Blockbuster have been outdated for years, and the experience is just annoying now...
It's an interesting take on the subject, perhaps a little bias, but I understand the UI compliants. However, like many people said, Sony can fix these issues with firmware updates and if they think about what they are doing and really take consumer feedback it could morph into a fine device. I am still going to get one, traded in my PSP for it so I am kinda commited at this point. The ecosystem thing can be fixed if Sony think about what they are doing, but whether they will do that is another matter entirely...
