Just hit the Skyrim lag that so many come to the forums to rage about, and I'm thinking of checking out one of the Fallout games

What would most consider to be the better or more expansive Fallout game to look into?

This looks to be what we all wish Fable could have been, minus the good/evil thing (which petered to crap in 3 anyway)
