custom robo arena- good game. I have tried it at my friend's house... as I've said before, it's a good game without Wi-Fi, even better with it.
advance wars duel strike - never tried it. Although, I've played the GBA one, and it's pretty good. It can't be bad, that I'm sure.
elite beat agents - I've tried it, too. It's highly addicting... although, if you've never played DS before, it's gonna be quite difficult not to scratch the touchscreen a little bit xD
PoR - Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin, right? The best Castlevania I've ever played (I've played all GBA one).
Super Mario 64 DS - it's Mario, for God's sake... it can't be that bad =D
Pokemon Diamond - I'm a big Pokémon fan, and I think you should try to get it, and convince a friend to get Pokémon Pearl, so that you can complete the PokéDex.
Metroid Prime Hunters - It has quite a good usage of the touchscreen, but just buy it if you like FPS games... if you don't, rent it for some days just to play online xD
