Your link doesn't take me to anything.

I would go with something like this:

i7-2600K

16GB DDR3 1600

MSI P67-GD65

GTX 580

Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB

Seasonic X750 Gold

Lian Li Armor Suit PC-P80

You can't really skimp on anything if you expect this thing to last five years.

Fast food in general is pretty nasty and should be avoided.

Watch the Mad Max movies. Especially The Road Warrior. They're basically Fallout.

Just get a GTX 560 Ti and call it a day. A Q6600 is fine for gaming.

This topic is unbelievably stupid. The answer is you would use electric cars. The cars themselves wouldn't be nuclear powered.

I'd wait for the BullDozer to come out.

I wouldn't hold my breath. AMD hasn't produced a good CPU since the Athlon 64.

Updated. I really want to eventually go 3D with my monitor (when its cheaper), is the 6950 going to have the same support as the geforce might have?

Looks excellent, although I probably would have gone with a GTX 560Ti myself.

Looks good to me, hopefully Frys' will have it. Thanks.

Why are you buying at Fry's? Newegg has better prices, especially if you take advantage of thier combo deals.

I've waited too damn long for it...not waiting anymore. Fry's is usually within 5-$10 of newegg...I've actually found some things cheaper at Fry's during the sales. I might get taken for $40, but I don't care too much - I need to make it happen this weekend.

With the combo deals at newegg you'll likely save hundreds of dollars.

Also, I would go with this motherboard. HardOCP gave it a great review, and they're tough to impress.
