Well either Red Bull and Ferrari were sandbagging or those McLaren tweaks have done the trick. Maybe they were sandbagging in the testing :lol: I know you can't read too much into the practice times but the season is suddenly looking a whole lot more hopeful from a McLaren and Hamilton fans perspective :DSadPSPAddict

I can't imagine that McLaren are actually faster than Red Bull or Ferrari, but the updates have probably given them a big boost by the looks of things. Tomorrow and Sunday will reveal all..

It is very much a war, but certainly not one started by the West. Libya has been in a state of civil war for weeks now, and only now have we become involved in the form of enforcing a no fly zone (which includes destroying air bases and anti-air), plus attacks on pro-Gaddafi forces who threaten civilians. At least that's how things are supposed to go, and have gone so far. I guess Fox News will spin this somehow and it will all be Obama's fault :lol:

I must remind the non-British people here that this article is from the Daily Mail, one of the worst sources of news known to humanity. You have to be *very* careful when using articles from British newspapers, because most of them take the word 'sensationalism' to a level beyond anything you've ever read.

Looks like things are getting underway. French planes seen over Libya, and the Dutch PM says that French, British and Canadian aircraft will be making initial air strikes ahead of a wider NATO campaign. France very much leading this operation it seems. Already this seems like more of an air offensive rather than a simple 'no-fly zone'.

Germany and France would lose, because they drive on the wrong side of the road. Seriously though, without doing some extensive military research I couldn't possibly begin to come up with a sensible answer.

[QUOTE="GabuEx"]

[QUOTE="Kenny789"]People are sending me messages that a nuclear plant already blew up and people are advised to stay indoors. Any news on this?Kenny789

Not beyond what you said for the most part. It's being classified as a level 4 nuclear accident ("accident with local consequences", level 7 being the highest), and people within a 10 km radius have been evacuated as a precautionary measure. The nuclear plant didn't "blow up" as though the entire thing exploded, although there was an explosion resulting from hydrogen reacting with oxygen. I'm not aware of any indications that things are getting worse; it would appear that the worst is over.

Thanks, kinda scary since I'm in the Philippines. I'm just getting messages to stay in doors and avoid rain cause it could melt my skin and cause cancer. Maybe exaggerated but scary nonetheless. Thanks for clearing things up.

You're in real danger actually, the evacuation zone has been extended to the Moon. But really, I can't tell if you're being serious :?
