So the problem is that videogames affect people hmm... And do not movies affect people? Or books?

Do not people like you affect negatively society?

So... here I count 3 swords, 1 machete and 3 locked weapons... I hope there will be some boss weapons available, like that long pole made of those little three-armed robots (mini-gekkos?) they showed in a previous trailer.

If I worked in the videogames industry I would sue him for defamation. A nice class action and it's solved.

@evil-zodiark

Yeah, I missed the styles.

One thing I noticed is also the lack of contextualization regarding the weapons: remember how cool was the Nevan in dmc3? A demon/vampire lady which transformed in your hands in a guitar-sword that can summon bats! She even had some interesting, brief back-story. The other weapons also had their "reason of existence": Ice cerberus = ice nunchucks. Agni&Rudra = themselves et cetera... Here *SPOILERS* you defeat demonic reporter Barbas and you get what... angel-ninja-stars?! Why?! It doesn't make any sense!!

I downloaded it, since it's free, but I find it really boring. The environment is good-looking, but there's only one (apart from the brief sections in the cave carts). It's just a rinse and repeat time waster with dumb achievements which make you spend money. I don't see where all the hype is coming from.

@TohouAsura

Ok, I see what you mean. Also, I didn't know Kojima regrets the ending of MGS4, wow, that's a real bummer!

Please, don't insult so easily: if they have been chosen as Kojima subordinates, than they definitely deserve their position. Also, trying to communicate with and make your team grow is not that bad of an idea. It was just the logical choice to choose Raiden: he starred in more and more recent games than Gray Fox. I don't blame them.

Now this looks awesome!!

At first I didn't like the game design (compared to the original trailer it looked just "wrong"), but now I see it's grown into a nice must-have action title.

How I see it:

Kojima: "Let's have Grey Fox as protagonist"

Staff: "nah, let's use Raiden"

Kojima: "hmmm... okay, fine. Finally I can pass development to the younger generation"

Staff: "We aren't confident about this... let's give it to Platinum"

Kojima facepalms.
