@Kr3isen @Steel_Hawk_99 So here's a thing - if the guy shooting the kids at school didn't have easy access to guns - would he still have done what he did with something else?
We did put some thought into it and realised our gun laws were too broad and lax so we updated them with the times we live in - as a result access to guns for the ordinary man is much more difficult. Getting back to my point - not to look at gun law is crazy and to blame the media for gun related crime is even more insane.
Hilarious - the right to bear arms comes from an old english law when brits first colonised the US. Then it was probably apt - now it's downright ancient and unjustifiable. Living in a country where gun crime is extremely low we get to play all these so called games that insight violence and we don't have anywhere near the amount of murders/mass murders that the US does but there's one difference between us (brits) and the US and that we quickly realised that our laws relating to guns were outdated and updated them! Really, they should look at the law rather than looking for scapegoats in the media and elsewhere to justify keeping their stupid right to bear arms justification...you take the ability away from ordinary folk to keep guns which in turn reduces the probability of these murders happening. Simples!
