Well, if you can't upgrade it, you could get another motherboard that supports DDR2... at least you won't have to buy ram. Hey wait! If you get a new motherboard, then you probably won't have trouble with core 2 duo! Oh yeah... I could be wrong. Somebody should probably confirm what I just said since I have never built a computer. (I've opened them up though)
By default, I get Integrated ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics. If I get the $60 ATI Radeon HD 4350 512 MB, would I still have the integrated gpu? Also, am I able to do Crossfire... and how do I do it? Thanks!
Well, I was planning on playing 2D games... But being able to play 3D games is nice!!! I guess I'll buy the computer (unless anybody else has anything to say). I want to thank everybody for helping me! Thanks!
Ok... I looked at the reviews at the Dell website for the Inspiron 546 and they are generally good. Of course, this could be skewed because the Reviews are on the site where I'm buying the computer from. The bad reviews were mostly from people not liking Vista and they said that there were not enough USB ports (4 in the back, 2 in the front... That's plenty for me.) So, according to the reviews, it is pretty good!
