i dont really know what to say about this... yes, most people know that the textures on the ps3 are really badm but i find particle effects a lot more capable on the ps3... perhaps the gameengines just cant juggle with the 2x4 core CPU. if you compared most up to date games, on graphics terms, you would find that Uncharted 2, which is told to exploit 100% of the CPU power, would look a lot prettier texturewise... unfortunately we cant really use this example, since it is a ps3 exclusive title... the same example goes with metal gear solid 4, which graphics are almost equally pretty... and as far as i remember, gamespot awarded uncharted with the best graphics of ´09
