Now the problem is what is a reasonable fine. Sony and MS are currently paying out extra to staff to work overtime to restore services, cost of any additional hardware and cost of lost revenue from online sales. Would it be fair and reasonable to impose the cost of all this onto the guy who got caught when he's convicted? Sony and MS could say they are only looking to recover the additional costs they have paid out and let the legal system set an amount for the lost revenue.

Lizard Squad are doing it for nothing more than attention. I think what needs to happen is severe penalties both criminal conviction and financially penalty when these people are caught. The terrorist threat a while back was disgraceful, especially to people who have been affected by it. If they catch the terror threat group, send them to Guantanamo and that will sort them.

The UK XBox live is working fine for me.

I think Nintendo's next console will be a major overhaul. It think it will give r9 280 levels of performance at 1080p, a 1tb hdd, with a decent multicore cpu. The biggest changes will be to the OS, online service they provide, as it's crap at the moment and I believe the console will be fully dx12 compliant to allow for easy pc and Multiplat ports. This would launch in around 2-3 years from now. Price will be £299 and backwards compatible with the wiiU. I don't think Nintendo will offer any gimmicky controllers and reckon this will be a back to basics console.

My three games are. 1, Bayonetta 2: 2, Dragon Age, 3, Sunset Overdrive.

I don't see what way they could have done this without making a mockery of the review system they use. A game they gave a 10/10 award is beat by a game getting an 8/10. I like the show the lobby as it's entertaining but I don't agree with the reviews a lot of the time, they aren't biased reviews or the sort, I just find the review often isn't inline with my own view.

I don't understand how destiny can be on the ps4 list and not on xb1 and the other way with ground zeros, especially considering shadow of mordor is the best game on either platform lol. Ground zeros should not be on any game of the year list on any platform, a shameless £30 demo.

I keep seeing what has XBox got for 2015, but PS4 hasnt got a great deal either. The order previews aren't great, no multiplayer so the game won't have legs, bloodborne is gonna be a niche title and Uncharted 4 is the only heavy hitter and if it gets delayed?

Multiplats are the real big hitters in 2015. The witcher 3, the division and Arkham night to name three.

It's easy to say Microsoft lost $65m on revenue from the deals but if 500,000 of those sales pay for XBox live for a year that's $25m based on a $50 fee, now if 1 million subscribe to XBox live most of the Revenue is regained. Obviously Microsoft don't see all the money for an Xbox live sale, retailer cuts etc..

I can't see how they can now give Bayonetta 2 game of the year as surely they already said that MK8 is better than it, however this site doesn't make sense often. This is why I don't follow gamespot for reviews, I don't think they are biased on anything like that, they just aren't of the same opinion as me. I only like the lobby show.
