[QUOTE="MattUD1"][QUOTE="TheFlameProof"][QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"]Using your argument that marriage should be banned because of separation of church and state...then you can't ban it because of separation of church and state.:oTheFlameProof
what? marriage = church. state adopts marriage. therefore, state = marriage meaning state = church. when state = church that equals bad.

Marriage is just the religious ceremony. You are still being bound together by a legal contract which the government is obligated to abide. The state doesn't adopt the "marriage" it adopts the legally binding union between two consenting adults.

where did the idea of two people being bound exclusively to one another come from? religion.

so? the state is free to steal ideas from whereever it wants

[QUOTE="Virus214"]America isn't the only place in the Americas, there is also the obviously more important canada !!! lol im just messing, but seriously... canadians have pride and want to be called canadians... and i think Europe, as a whole, is freakin awesome. and i want to go there.jointed

what's so awesome about it, i've heard a few people say they relally want to go to europe but i've never heard a place mentioned that i didn't think was all hype i.e the vatican, colleseum, eifel tower, notre dam ect

Well, it depends on what you're looking for.

well i found the only bit of the vatican worth going to is the Basilica, the rest really isn't that impressive, seeing a picture is just as good as the real thing

[QUOTE="camcheta"].... what does the church have to do with signing a certificate? You can do it in any registered place including hotels, beaches, and even rollercoasters, i seem to have missed the memo where people pray to the great big dipper...TheFlameProof

it's a religious process no matter if you do it at a hotel, a beach, or a roller coaster. even if you don't pray at a wedding, marriage itself holds religious implications.

no it dosn't, signing a document has none, as far as the state is concerned it has none, it only has religous implications if you have it done by a church which sees it that way

if it's just the circuitry then just buying the same drive and slapping in the board should maake it work, though it has to be the exact same type to be sure

if it's just the PC use it in another PC but boot from another

if it's completely bust there are companies that can fix them but they're really for bussinesses to use,

if you want to avoid this in the future set up a RAID 1 array to copy all data to a second drive incase one fails
