@goldenelementxl: I am playing on a tv but I also have a monitor and I would be willing to put some money into the computer but I'm not trying to play any super high performance I'm just trying to play games just like games hearts of iron 4 and strategy games like that,nothing like call of duty or cs go or anything like that.

@TheShadowLord07: I am a new computer gamer but off the top of my head I did all of the like spec checks for hearts of iron 4 and everything matches up except for my video card it is like an AMD 750 or something like that something I really don't know like I said I'm a noob at this stuff,would that have something to do with it?

I just bought a new gaming computer and it works on a couple of games but on games like:hearts of iron 4 and cities skylines the game is really choppy and laggy. Does this have anything to do with the fact that I don't have a gaming monitor or what please help?
