I liked that it went that way too, but it felt like it was made with a budget of $5 and a can of red bull. The city is large, there's good playstyles to pick from, but it all feels so sloppy to me. Not to mention I liked Champions Online's character designer a LOT better

Definately agree CO has a much better designer. F2P has brought up the population but the cities still feel so generic and empty.
