I don't think it's the TV,I get all my channels and my other systems in color, and all my wires are in the right spots. also I checked it temperature, It's at normal temp. It started happening right after I finished a sesson of Just Cause.

I want a full step by step on how to get steam to work on a normal home computer, not a tricked out gaming one that is able to play online. here is the status on this computer

1. has never had an online game play on it

2. firewall is off

3. windows XP

also another thing to note is that I am NOT computer smart ( yes, I'm a n00b when I leave my 360)
