it's important to be upfront with certain people and not be friends with someone out of obligation.

i have a friend who has a tough time controlling the volume of his voice when we play games. it's like, he gets excited and then the neighbors start calling the cops because he's too loud. he's a mutual friend of all my siblings and we can't just tell him to f-off, he's still a good guy after all. so, i had to step up and be honest with him: "Hey, we're friends here, and we care about you so i'm asking you if you can make a concious effort to keep the volume of your voice under control. it gets to be a little hard to enjoy hanging out when you are loud as it makes it akward to be in public with you."

he understood and now he's much better. heck, he even finally got a girlfriend now that he isn't irritating.

oh wow... *get up and sets it to record on DVR* i remember watching this show when i was a kid... and then the game show network played the re-runs a couple years ago... i really hope it doesn't suck...our treasured childhood memories are at stake here...

i just wanted to take this opprotunity to say ass because in any other post (or in my prof) i'd get modded.
