What's the difference between the 2500k and the 2400? The main differences I could see were better integrated graphics and a little bit higher operating frequency. The main reason I was getting that graphics card was because of a weekend promotion that will drop the regular price from $174.99 to $124.99 after a mail-in rebate. Sorry, this is all still very new to me. I'd also not like to spend much more than I have to so money is definitely a factor in some of my decisions.
This is my first time building my own PC. I've done a lot of research and I think this seems like a good set-up. I've double checked all the parts and I believe that they are compatible with each other but I'm nervous about spending this much money and not having the components work with each other so I thought I'd ask on here to see what other people thought. I'm not expecting to run games at the highest settings or anything, I'm really just looking for a decent PC that can at least run some of the newer games coming out. All the parts I have listed are from newegg.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
