I have been searching for a long time for a somewhat 'perfect' MMORPG. Unfortunately, I haven't yet been able to locate the 'perfect' MMO. The only ones that I had gotten into is Tibia (on and off for 7-8 years) and ESO which I am brand new at.

I am looking for an MMORPG that has:

• Fantasy-based
• Player controlled economy
• Customizable characters (no heroes that you have to play as)
• Magic needs to be a part of it
• Strong PvP elements (open world pvp is preferred)
• Somewhat new with updated graphics
• Free flowing combat (not lock-on)
• Immersion
• Possibly sandbox (includes stuff like player-run stores or a fluctuating property market)
• Decent community
• 3D
• Massive game world
• Preferably has a server in Australia (I can always use a tunneling service) but must be English
• Interactive dungeons and quests (like Tibia)
• Maybe it can have some elements of a life sim (stuff like jobs and social hubs)
• I would prefer no subscriptions but if I am asking for all this then I may as well pay monthly for it
