if its the monitor, then why doesnt it happen in CS:S, TF2, COH, and Garry's Mod?

Tearing as in that line going across? I had to take with digitial acmera, because ingame screenshot cant pick up the rainbowish stuff.

I got my new LCD monitor from Best Buy for $300. Its a 22 inch Samsung SyncMaster 2232BW.

I was playing Call of Duty 4, and when i move really fast, it has rainbow effects. Is it a problem with the monitor? Or something else that can be fixed?

I have it. I picked it up at Frys cause they ran out of Gigabytes P35 mobos. There might be one problem that i had. the onboard network card MIGHT due on you in a coulpe of days.

its the P5N-E SLi

yeah i have to fiddle with settings, but i dont know which ones are the one causeing the echoing. and tried everything.

I just got my new PC today

E6750

P5N-E SLI Motherboard

and when i went into Teamspeak, everyone said that there is a echoing when i talk. such as you can hear the background noises (CoD4, xfire, etc.) How can i fix this?
